POLICIES:
1.) We ship MONDAYS & FRIDAYS - please pay BEFORE 9 PM EST on Sunday and/or Thursday nights.
2.) PAYPAL and Personal Checks accepted. (Personal Checks MUST HAVE your name, address, city, state and telephone number)
3.) We will accept returns on CERTAIN ITEMS, LESS ALL SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. We go to great lengths to make sure our items and their listings are completely accurate, so each potential Buyer can feel confident when purchasing from us. Also, many of our items are ONE OF A KIND, making it impossible for us to replace them. (Unless your CD has a technical problem. Let us know what the technical problem is and if we can't solve it, we will send you another CD, free of charge.)

4.) NO mailing outside the Continental United States.
5.) We DO NOT REFUND / REPLACE your items that ---USPS--- loses and/or damages! Please DO NOT ASK US TO. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ---USPS'--- actions. All packaging costs (boxes/tape/any fees/all mailing costs) are included in the shipping price.
6.) If you would like TRACKING added to your item, please add $1.25 to the Invoice BEFORE paying it. If you would like INSURANCE added to your item, please add $1.80 to the Invoice, BEFORE paying it. All packaging costs are included in the shipping price.
7.) ALL Buyers MUST HAVE a Confirmed Address with Paypal and be VERIFIED to purchase from us.
8.) We will COMBINE SHIPPING on certain items. Please ask us for a quote !
